1. What Is a Cookie and Why Is It Used?
A cookie is a small text file that a website you visit places in your browser. In this policy, the term “cookie” also covers similar identifiers such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage). Data obtained through cookies are collected electronically by automated means. The Datapa service uses the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies — those that are technically necessary for the site and the service to function. Without them, the site or the service does not work properly.
- Preference cookies — those that remember a choice you have made (e.g. language or theme).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — cookies for visit statistics and advertising measurement that are activated only with your explicit consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded unless you select “Accept” on the cookie banner.

2.1. Analytics and Marketing Cookies (with consent only)
These cookies are loaded only when you give your consent on the cookie banner. If you select “Reject” or make no choice, they are not set at all and the third-party tools concerned are not activated. The tools we use: Yandex Metrica (visit statistics), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement).
These tools are provided by third-party service providers; if you give your consent, the data they collect are sent to the servers of these providers. As the providers are located abroad, these data may be transferred abroad; such transfers are subject to Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). 3. Legal Grounds
Essential cookies are technically necessary for providing the service; no explicit consent is sought for them, and they rely on Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f of the KVKK. Preference cookies are used solely to remember a choice you have requested and rely on the same provisions.
Analytics and marketing cookies, on the other hand, rely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1 of the KVKK). These cookies are not used without your consent; you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before the date of withdrawal.
3.1. Cookie Consent Banner
On your first visit to the marketing site (datapa.net), you will see a cookie banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you select “Accept”; if you select “Reject”, these cookies are not set.
4. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block the essential session cookie, you will not be able to sign in to the service. Deleting preference cookies only resets your preferences and does not affect your access to the service.
To withdraw the consent you have given to analytics and marketing cookies, you can delete cookies through your browser or write to info@moserra.com.
